Early-bird privacy notice

Updated October 27, 2026. PropertyHandsFree is a prelaunch software project. The form collects the email address you provide, optional role and unit-count ranges, and a consent timestamp. We use this information only to maintain the early-bird interest list, understand audience needs, and send occasional launch or preview updates if email communications become available. There are no Stripe payments and no tenant data collected by the form.

Records are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database configured with a U.S. jurisdiction. Cloudflare may process technical logs and security-related request information when serving the site. Do not submit sensitive tenant or financial data.

We do not sell your signup details. The early-bird list is not an application account. Retention: signup entries are kept until you request removal or until 12 months after the launch program ends, subject to applicable legal obligations. Before promotional email is sent, a functional unsubscribe mechanism must be in place.

Deletion and privacy requests: Contact support@propertyhandsfree.com to request access to or deletion of your signup. A support-email forwarding address is configured; responses are handled manually.
